Subscription FAQs
How do I pay for a subscription?
It depends on the client (web or mobile) you are using to subscribe. On web, Stripe handles our payment processing which includes major credit cards such as Visa or Mastercard. You may also subscribe with PayPal.
How is a subscription charged?
Subscriptions are charged in full in advance for the selected subscription period beginning on the purchase date. Your account will be credited with the corresponding number of days of subscription. All subscription plans are charged automatically on each renewal cycle.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your bots will be made inactive immediately. You need to subscribe again in order to reactivate your bots. All brokerage connections will also be removed upon expiry of your subscription plan.
Does ForexHero.ai get compensated for each trade from the brokerage?
No. ForexHero.ai is a pure Software-as-a-Service forex trading bot platform. We only charge a flat subscription fee for providing our software to our users.
Can I upgrade from Premium to Professional?
Yes, you may do so at anytime. Any unused period for your previous subscription will be refunded back to you on a pro-rated basis.
Can I cancel at anytime?
You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will not auto-renew after running out of the remaining subscription days. Premium features will remain active for the remainder of the subscription days. Please note that there will be no pro-rated refund for any unused period. Please email us to cancel your account.
What is a White Glove Service?
Our White Glove Service offers Premium and Professional subscribers access to our personalised ForexHero walkthrough service. We understand that sometimes a new user may not know what or how to configure a bot. Through our White Glove Service, we will engage with the user to present ForexHero's features in a live online session. For new subscribers, please email us at [email protected] to engage our White Glove Service.
I am now on a monthly plan. I would like to switch to annual plan. How do I do that?
You just need to sign up for our annual plan. Any unused period for your previous monthly subscription will be refunded back to you on a pro-rated basis.
Does ForexHero.ai take a profit from our trade?
No. We believe that users deserve to keep all the profits made as the assets belong to them. More importantly, they bear all the risks. ForexHero.ai only charges a fixed monthly fee for being a software solution provider.
